All terms and conditions are in relation to the supply of products and services from ‘Coppock Media’, trading as "Desert Blue Limited" this includes purchasing via Coppockmedia.com, PrintersWrexham.com, DesertBlue.co.uk, auction websites and direct via email, telephone or in person. Please read all terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By ordering any of our Products or services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Payment
Monthly Plans: Payment is on the 1st of every month unless otherwise agreed. If we do not receive the payment we will send an email reminder and hold any planned work until payment has cleared. There is no minimum contract, however any guaranteed results cannot qualify for a full refund unless the agreed timescale has expired with regular payments being made on the agreed date.
Printing: Print orders must have a cleared payment before they proceed to the press. If print invoices are left unpaid the printing will not continue and prices can only be guaranteed for 7 days after the original invoice.
Extra Design/Marketing Services: If you request design or marketing services that are not covered within your package you will be informed before the work commences. We will invoice for that work on the 1st of the month after commencing the work.
Domains/Hosting: Renewals are invoiced annually. If the renewal goes unpaid we will delete the domain with our registrar and your hosting. Once a domain has been deleted it can take several months to retrieve and could be bought by a third party without warning. We try to keep regular backups but advise clients to keep their own backups to prevent data loss before and after any major updates.
Invoices: Payment must be made within 14 days. If payment isn't made within 14 days of the date on the invoice your account will be passed onto our credit controller. In accordance with The Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002, all balances remaining unpaid after the 14th day will be issued a further chargeable invoice with interest being calculated on a weekly basis until the balance has been cleared. Any unpaid websites and hosting will be taken down for maintenance, this may mean your email accounts will be suspended.

Design & Marketing Process
We aim to create new artwork within 48 hours (mon-fri) of receiving payment, amendments are carried out within 24 hours (mon-fri), these timescales are what we strive for and isn't guaranteed.
We are not liable for any third party fees, charges, or compensation if work isn't completed on time, or if printing isn't received on time. Estimated dates for printing are purely estimates and cannot be guaranteed even with the express delivery, although we try to get the printing to you on or before the date specified. We reserve the right to refuse to work on any project at any time, if a project is exceeding the initial brief or if a client is being extremely difficult we will arrange that the project turn into a dispute.
If there has been an error on the printing please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can arrange a reprint. We cannot be held accountable for any costs incurred on reprinting artworks yourself, arranging reprints elsewhere, or manually correcting any design flaws.
Dispute
If a dispute is raised we will endeavor to create a satisfactory outcome for both parties. This could include a full or partial refund, or a new agreement to complete the work. When an account is under dispute we will not be able to provide any further work until an agreement has been reached.
Guarantees
We try our best but cannot guarantee any marketing results or positionings on Google and other search engines.
Copyright
We pride ourselves on offering a quality service and therefore offer design and artwork services that begin from scratch. We are strongly against plagarism and expect our designers to adhere to copyright law. If you have any copyright concerns please contact us.
Photos or images provided by Coppock Media will either be taken by our resident photographer, or we will purchase the licenses for relevant stock photographs. Stock images provided are licensed to Desert Blue Limited, we are able to provide them in your artwork without further charge however they aren't licensed for the use of other designers use. Should you wish to possess the full license to the images instead of Desert Blue Limited there is a charge of £10 per image, alternatively please supply your own. The license we purchase is for the image resolution required within your work, if you require larger images please state so before work commences.
If you provide any logos or artwork to go on your design we will assume that you have the relevant license or permission to use them. Please note: If you are taking any images off the internet to use for yourself make sure that they are licensed for commercial use, just because an image comes up on an image search doesn't mean it is copyright free.
If artwork is unpaid or payment has been refunded the legal rights to the design/s remain with Desert Blue Ltd. Any stock images provided paid for by Desert Blue Ltd will remain the rights of the stock gallery.
If our artwork is used without consent as detailed above we will request compensation. If a satisfactory compensation payment isn't received within 21 days we will continue with legal proceedings in accordance to the case.
If stock images were used as detailed above we will immediately alert the stock gallery who may begin their own claim against the breach of copyright.
Printing
Artwork is created in CMYK with all fonts outlined, all images embedded, 5mm bleed, crop marks and as a PDF or high resolution JPEG. If you already have chosen a printer please email us a link to their website so we can create the artwork to their specifications. If you are printing with Vistaprint please let us know as soon as possible as their sizes are American which can work out very different to the standard UK sizes we work to.
Upon approval you will be sent either a pdf or high resolution Jpeg to print. By accepting the artwork you are agreeing that the design is correct and any errors found during or after print are not the responsibility of the designer or Desert Blue Limited. Any changes made after approval may incur a charge.
WE CANNOT SEND YOUR ARTWORK DIRECT TO A THIRD PARTY.
